Our online store is located on Shopify. They provide us with an online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell products and services to you.

• Offers are only addressed to consumers with a delivery address in countries where NO STOCK PARIS provides delivery via a transport provider.The products presented on the site are valid while stocks last.
• In the event of a debit or payment for the order of an unavailable item, NO STOCK PARIS undertakes to reimburse the Customer within 14 days. NO STOCK PARIS undertakes to notify by e-mail the Customer who has ordered an unavailable item.

These items will be invoiced at the price in effect at the time the order was placed. We are not responsible for any modification, price change, suspension or termination of this service by you or any third party.           
• The price displayed on the website or online store is the final price. They are expressed in euros (€) and are governed by French law. These prices include statutory value-added tax, but do not include the fixed costs of postage and packaging costs, which are still borne by the customer, except for temporary or permanent promotional offers.

     

• Orders can be placed via nostockparis.com only.Any order implies express and irrevocable acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale.The validation of the order by the Customer implies acceptance of the general conditions of sale. 
• You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
• Once you have placed your order, if you have supplied us with your email address, you will receive an email confirmation. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, we will let you know at the earliest opportunity. If we have already received payment for such order, we will attempt to refund the applicable amount using the same method used to make the payment. • We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. 6 / DELIVERY

• NO STOCK PARIS exercises the utmost diligence in accepting and processing orders and will endeavor to deliver your order in accordance with your selected delivery option.
• As our inventory changes in real time, we cannot guarantee the validity of the inventory quantity. Before placing an order, please contact us and we will inform you of the expected delivery details.
• After placing the order, you will receive an email with your expected delivery details.

7 / WITHDRAWAL OF ORDER & RETURNS

• If one or more items are not suitable, the Customer has 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods, to exercise the right of withdrawal from his order. The postmark or the date of the delivery receipt constitutes the starting date of this period. The return or cancellation may concern all or part of the order.
• Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer, unless NO STOCK PARIS has delivered a product that turns out to be damaged or different from the item ordered.
• You can get a full refund of all returned items, provided that all returned items are in the same condition as when they were received. This means that these items should not be damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn, and all labels or labels should be intact.If the product is damaged, returned incomplete or soiled, it will not be returned or refunded. There will be no return or refund after 14 days from the date of delivery.
• Products cannot be exchanged, only refunds. The initial shipping cost is not refundable.
• Within 14 working days after receiving the return of the product, we will check whether the returned item meets the return and refund requirements, and we have the right to agree or reject your return request. 8 / PAYMENT MOTHODS

The products must be paid at the time of the actual Order.You can pay for your goods in various ways as set out below.

Paypal

• When paying by PayPal, NO STOCK PARIS reserves the right to check the validity of the PayPal account, that there are enough funds to cover the purchase sum and validate the billing address details of the purchaser. The applicable amount will immediately be reserved on your PayPal account but will not be debited until the goods are dispatched from the warehouse. NO STOCK PARIS reserves the right to deny any purchase.

Others

• You are obliged to submit a correct e-mail address and to inform us if your e-mail address changes. Please note that we reserves the right to send payment requests to your e-mail address.
• You will receive the legally required invoice in the shipping confirmation e-mail.
• The data recorded and kept by NO STOCK PARIS constitutes proof of the Order and of all past sales. The data recorded by Paypal constitute proof of any financial transaction between the Customer and NO STOCK PARIS.

   

• If according to our request, you send some specific submissions (such as contest entries), or without our request, you send ideas, suggestions, proposals online, email, post or other methods, Plans or other materials (hereinafter collectively referred to as "comments"), which means that you agree that we can edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and use any comments that you forward to us at any time without restriction.

We have no obligation now:

2. Compensation for comments.

• NO STOCK PARIS, in the case of acceptance of an order, undertakes to sell and deliver to the Customer the products ordered by the latter according to the terms specified above.
• The customer agrees to provide NO STOCK PARIS with an address where delivery can be made. Personal information (name, address, telephone, email address, etc.) collected for the purpose of entering into a sales contract is mandatory. This information is essential for processing and routing orders and preparing invoices. The lack of information can lead to invalid orders.
• If there is an error in providing this information, NO STOCK PARIS is not responsible for the failure to deliver the product. In this case, the customer is still responsible for payment.
• If the address provided is incomplete and the transportation provider cannot deliver, the customer must pay the delivery fee corresponding to the reorder order.

• Our maximum liability to you for any loss or damage arising in connection with your order on nostockparis.com shall be limited to the total price of your order.
