Shipping policy

 

    

You have two ways to get your order,we can ship your order to your address, or pick up your order at our store in Paris.All orders will be shipped from Paris. Since our brand stocks are in different countries, the delivery time for different products will be different.

DELIVERY TIME

Inventory in paris: We will process your order within 72 hours.

Inventory in other regions: We will apply to ship your order to Paris within 48 hours, and send it to you as soon as possible after your order arrives in Paris. Since we cannot guarantee the time of international shipping, the specific arrival time is determined by the shipping company, but we will try our best to ensure that you receive your order within 2-3 weeks.We will email you the status of the order.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS - Please read and accept the Customs Policy below before you place your order - shipping time estimations do not include any time possibly spent in customs.

Customs policy:

The consignee shall bear the responsibility of paying taxes and import taxes. These fees are not included in the total amount at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency of the destination country and are beyond our control. Since these costs vary by country, we cannot estimate. The best way to calculate the cost is to contact your local carrier/customs.

  • If the recipient refuses to deliver the order due to customs fees, your package will be deemed abandoned by the shipping company and disposed of. Therefore, your order is not eligible for refund.
  • The customer is responsible for paying the shipping cost of any returned items, the shipping cost is non-refundable. 
  • Once the order is shipped and in transit, the order cannot be cancelled.

Lost package:

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages lost in transit. The consignee is responsible for finding the package. However, we will do our best to help you. We strongly recommend that you choose a delivery address that you trust, preferably an address where someone can receive and sign for the package. 

Wrong address/phone number

If you enter the wrong delivery address or phone number and the carrier cannot deliver to you, it is your responsibility to contact us as soon as possible to notify us. Please note that if your item is shipped back to us, you will be responsible for the second shipment. If you do not wish to ship again, the first shipment will be deducted from your refund.

 PICK UP AT THE STORE

Due to the different locations of our inventory, your pick-up time will be different, which may be more than 5 days or less than 5 days. When your order is ready, we will notify you by email that you can pick up your order in the store.

When you pick up your order in our store, you need to bring:

  • Your ID card
  • Confirm Email
