Refund policy

We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn't quite right, you have 14 days days of receipt to send it back to us.

• If one or more items are not suitable, the Customer has 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods, to exercise the right of withdrawal from his order. The postmark or the date of the delivery receipt constitutes the starting date of this period.
• You can get a full refund of all returned items, provided that all returned items are in the same condition as when they were received.
