Exchanges and returns of in-store purchases:
We exchange or reimburse by card having NO STOCK PARIS, any item that does not suit you, within 14 days on presentation of the receipt, we ask that the items be returned clean, unworn and with label. 

(We cannot exchange or return goods that have already been processed for a tax refund.)
